The path begins with device qualification and acquisition decisions, then moves into output handling, artifact review, validation and reporting. Product-specific work is included only where the tools, rights and instructor capability are confirmed.

Initial programme proposals
The first delivery conversations will centre on three programmes. They are not open for enrolment until the instructor, syllabus, prerequisites, duration, exercises and completion requirements are approved.
Mobile Evidence Handling
Receive and transfer mobile devices without losing the facts another examiner will need. Suitable for investigators, evidence officers and first responders.
Mobile Examination Operator Workshop
Work through a prepared matter from scope and device qualification to acquisition, artifact review and a short findings record. Intended for operators who need supervised practice with an approved tool and known data.
Lab Readiness Workshop
Map the people, procedure, equipment, data flow, review and support needed to operate or expand a mobile-forensics capability.
Practical work and completion
Completion should require observed tasks on a known dataset and a reviewable output. It does not grant a professional title.
Each practical course should therefore state:
- the tasks participants will perform;
- the device, dataset or scenario used;
- the output they must produce;
- how an instructor observes or reviews the work;
- the conditions for attendance or completion records;
- the limits of what the course establishes.
Known-state datasets allow participants to compare their results with an expected record. They also make gaps visible before those gaps reach live casework.
Private team delivery
Private delivery can bring investigators, examiners, reviewers and managers into the same workflow. The course remains anchored to approved outcomes; tailoring changes the scenarios, product context and operating details rather than removing the core requirements.
Before proposing a course, we ask about:
- participant roles and current experience;
- tools already deployed or under evaluation;
- common device and case types;
- existing procedures and review responsibilities;
- security and training-environment constraints;
- the work participants must perform after the course.
Product training and OEM boundaries
Where written rights allow, Zeno Academy may deliver product orientation or operator enablement for supported mobile-forensics tools. The course page will identify who owns the curriculum and what completion record is issued.
A Zeno attendance or completion record is not an independent professional certification. Zeno will not use certified examiner, OEM certified or similar language unless the named certifying body authorises the programme and governs the assessment.
Questions teams ask
Can you deliver training at our laboratory or office?
On-site, classroom and live-virtual availability will be stated for each approved course. A proposal will identify the region, minimum cohort, room, network, equipment and security requirements.
Does a course make someone a certified forensic examiner?
No. A course can teach and observe defined tasks. A professional certification requires its own assessment authority, governance and continuing requirements. We will state exactly what a participant receives.
Can you train our whole team privately?
That is the preferred launch format. We first confirm the participant roles, learning objectives, environment, equipment, timing and instructor availability. A proposal then sets out the fixed outcomes and any agreed tailoring.
Can the course use our forensic tools?
Possibly. Product-specific delivery depends on instructor competence, available licences, a suitable training environment and the right to teach that product. We will confirm these before quoting.
Which language will the instructor and course material use?
The course page and proposal will state the teaching language and the language of participant material. Hindi or bilingual delivery should not be promised until a qualified instructor and reviewed material are available.
How many participants can attend, and who provides the equipment?
The approved course outline will state cohort limits and the split between Zeno-provided and client-provided laptops, licences, devices, cables and accessories.
Can we review the instructor’s credentials before nomination?
Yes. The proposal should name the instructor and provide a verifiable professional profile relevant to the course. Any police-verification or institutional onboarding requirement must be raised before dates are confirmed.
What document does each participant receive?
The proposal will name the exact attendance or completion record and its issue conditions. It can be filed against a procurement or training requirement only where its wording meets that requirement; it is not an independent examiner certification.
Can you support an official nomination and GST invoice?
Zeno cannot accept an official nomination or issue a GST invoice from this page. Contracting entity, tax treatment, payment and purchase-order terms must be approved before any programme opens for enrolment.
Will you publish a course schedule?
Only for confirmed cohorts. We will not leave expired dates labelled as upcoming training.
